Are you a motivated and passionate individual with a knack for sales? Do you enjoy building relationships with customers and ensuring that they have a positive experience? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Route Sales/Merchandising Representative at RPG Souvenirs, you will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing revenue by visiting retail locations across North Dakota and the bordering states. Your primary focus will be on merchandising our products, promoting new line placements and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Merchandise products in accordance with company standards
• Build and maintain relationships with retail store managers to maximize sales opportunities
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns

This position requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You must be willing to travel 2 to 3 nights a week, to multiple store locations on a daily basis and have a valid driver's license.
